Once approved, eligible orders may be supplied on 30-day payment terms. Payment for each invoice is due in full within 30 calendar days of the applicable order date, unless Psycho Pharma agrees otherwise in writing.

The Customer agrees that:

• payment must be made in the currency shown on the invoice;
• any genuine invoice dispute must be reported to Psycho Pharma in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving the invoice;
• the dispute notice must identify the invoice, disputed amount, and reason for the dispute;
• any undisputed portion of the invoice remains payable by the original due date; and
• payment may not be delayed because the products have not yet been resold.

Psycho Pharma may suspend further shipments or withdraw 30-day payment terms while an undisputed invoice remains overdue.

Where permitted by applicable law, Psycho Pharma may recover applicable interest, compensation, and reasonable recovery costs associated with overdue commercial payments.

As a condition of receiving 30-day payment terms, your business must maintain a valid credit or debit card on its Psycho Pharma account.

By accepting the authorization in the form below, the Customer authorizes Psycho Pharma to charge the stored payment method on or after the applicable invoice due date for:

• the invoiced order total;
• shipping, taxes, duties, or other charges shown on the invoice;
• any undisputed outstanding balance; and
• any legally recoverable charges relating to an overdue commercial payment.

The stored payment method will not be charged when this form is submitted.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful:

• the underlying invoice remains payable;
• the original payment deadline remains unchanged;
• Psycho Pharma may attempt the charge again;
• Psycho Pharma may request another form of payment; and
• Psycho Pharma may suspend orders or withdraw 30-day payment terms.

The Customer must promptly update its stored payment method if the card expires, is cancelled, is replaced, is declined, or is no longer authorized for business use.

Your card details are entered directly into Shopify’s secure payment system. Psycho Pharma does not collect your full card number through this form.

Once the payment method has been added, return to this page, complete all required fields, confirm that the card has been added, and submit the agreement.
