We have a 30-day 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee, which means if you try our product but don't love it, you have a full 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund of the cost of items, excluding shipping costs.
Unopened packages may also qualify for our 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee (even though you didn't try them) IF they are returned in unopened condition. Please contact info@psychopharma.com for instructions on shipping items back to us.
If you are missing an item or the product is damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send the missing item or replacement product free of any shipping costs to you. All orders are photographed and logged daily by shipping personnel prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
Damages and issues must be reported to info@psychopharma.com immediately. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days or delivery if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the damaged or wrongly sent items are required in order to protect against fraudulent claims.
To insure against damages caused during shipping, please consider adding Route+ shipping protection insurance to your order. This is the only protection/guarantee we offer against damages to packages while in the custody of the courier you may select.

When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, a shipping label with tracking number is generated. When this happens, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number included.
After receiving a shipping confirmation email from Psycho Pharma, please allow up to 2 days for the carrier to register the package so that actual tracking data can be checked.
International Orders
Duties and regulations vary by country. We do not guarantee duty-free clearance at your customs/point of entry, and we also do not insure against loss or seizure. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Before ordering, check with your country’s customs department to verify if the items (including specific ingredients) in your order are legal for import, and, if so, if there is a limit to how much you can import per shipment (some countries get VERY expensive if the total order value exceeds a certain amount).
It is the customer's responsibility to check local customs rules and regulations as any orders not allowed into the destination country will not result in a refund.
