Shipping Policy
- Consider insuring your shipment with Route shipping protection insurance. (90% of our customers choose this to protect themselves in case of packages lost or damaged during shipment)
- Orders usually ship within 24 hours, shipping is Monday through Friday.
- When you place an order in the evening it will most likely will ship the following business day.
- Orders placed Friday evening also Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
- You may select from USPS or UPS shipping options.
- Shipping costs are passed through directly from the couriers and there is no upcharge by Psycho Pharma.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Generally USPS first class is the most affordable and reliable with tracking information emailed to you when the order is processed.
International orders will take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. All international shipping is beyond our control and responsibility, therefore, is up to the customer to know what taxes or customs fees may be due, we cannot be liable for these fees and, unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what they are.

To insure against damages caused during shipping, please consider adding Route+ shipping protection insurance to your order. This is the only protection/guarantee we offer against damages to packages while in the custody of the courier you may select.

Q: What if my order never arrives, is damaged, or is stolen?
We highly recommend protecting your orders against this possibility by adding Route+ package protection at checkout. When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
Q: How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order?
If you protected your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/
Note: For the claim form, you will need to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to file a claim.

Yes. Route is a licensed insurance company with the biggest name in shipping insurance as its partner, Lloyds of London.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, a shipping label with tracking number is generated. When this happens, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number included.
After receiving a shipping confirmation email from Psycho Pharma, please allow up to 2 days for the carrier to register the package so that actual tracking data can be checked.
International Orders
Duties and regulations vary by country. We do not guarantee duty-free clearance at your customs/point of entry, and we also do not insure against loss or seizure. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Before ordering, check with your country’s customs department to verify if the items (including specific ingredients) in your order are legal for import, and, if so, if there is a limit to how much you can import per shipment (some countries get VERY expensive if the total order value exceeds a certain amount).
It is the customer's responsibility to check local customs rules and regulations as any orders not allowed into the destination country will not result in a refund.
