Got this in Blue Cotton Candy and it definitely lives up to the name. The energy hits hard and fast — super focused, intense workout. Pumps are solid and the beta alanine tingles are real. This is not a beginner pre. It’s strong, so I’d start with a half scoop. Full scoop is great for heavy days but probably not everyday use. Flavor is actually good — sweet and easy to drink. If you want serious energy, this delivers.
