Ingredients
DL-Phenylalanine A blend of D- and L-phenylalanine. The L-form is a precursor to dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, supporting mood, drive, and motivation during training. The D-form inhibits enkephalinase, the enzyme that degrades endorphins, effectively extending the natural pain-blunting and mood boosting effects your body naturally produces during training. Together they support focus, mood elevation, and training aggression.
Alpha GPC is a choline compound that rapidly crosses the blood-brain barrier and serves as a direct precursor to acetylcholine. Raising Acetylcholine boosts neural drive and strength as well as increasing focus.
Huperzine A slows the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain: amplifying and extending the strength and focus boosting effects of Alpha GPC.
Betaine Anhydrous is A methyl donor derived from beets that supports creatine synthesis and homocysteine metabolism. In training contexts it improves muscular endurance, power output, and hydration at the cellular level by acting as an osmolyte — drawing water into muscle cells. This osmolyte effects is what gives you "full" pumps similar to glycerol.
L-Citrulline is a amino acid that converts to L-arginine, driving nitric oxide production and vasodilation. This increases blood flow to working muscles, producing vascular pumps while also improving oxygen and nutrient delivery. It also buffers ammonia accumulation, delaying fatigue during training.
Caffeine Blocks adenosine receptors, preventing the buildup of perceived fatigue, while also stimulating adrenaline release. The result is increased alertness, pain tolerance, strength output, and endurance. Caffeine is the most researched ergogenic aid in existence.
Infinergy® (Dicaffeine Malate 75% and Caffeine 25%) contains malic acid and caffeine. It is used for delayed absorption to prevent the dreaded "crash." It will also be gentler on your digestive system compared to regular caffeine, reducing stomach discomfort.

Amazing stuff, i got the Sour Candy Strips flavor and it tastes great. I love Edge of Insanity but its a bit much sometimes, i get why they say its more versatile. Been using Vitals during super physical days at work then at the gym after slow office days. It feels like a love child of Edge and Infinite Brain. Will be buying more.
Edge of insanity is my go to pre workout but for the last few weeks because of work I’ve been getting my lifts in late at night, I do love edge but whenever I use it really late I am not sleeping until early morning due to the high Stim, vitals hits that mark good and gives you all the benefits just like edge of insanity just with a little less Stim which is perfectly fine in my book, overall best pre workout for late night lifters such as myself
Vitals is the new go to. I have been begging for a formula from Psycho Pharma like this since I first went to the Edge of Insanity. Edge is everything and more you could want on the days you need it, but i dont always need quite that much go juice. Enter Vitals, I know the comparison between the two isnt even a thing but Being Edge is a description of where you are gonna be inwould describe Vitals as Close to sanity. The Focus and drive that i got from the last week of using this is insane. I am sweating, i am focused on the reps and controlling the weight. After the weights I still have the the drive to get on some cardio torture implement and actually enjoy it. Also i can drink it on the way to the gym at 7 get home at 9 finish my nights chores and go to bed. I also like the less intense, you know its about to rip you a new one flavor.

Not sure, sure doesn’t do anything for me. I thought it would give some energy to get me through work from 1pm to 3:30, but nothing. Doesn’t cause a negative effect, so that’s a good think.

I didn't feel any difference i was excited about trying it and I bought both flavors and tried them both. Yeah I didn't feel any different plus I work out an hour and a half and I quit early. Felt like I just drank water didn't feel any difference
the pre was perfect!!!
Not quite as powerful as Edge of Insanity delivers, but a good energy option. Flavor is honestly really good too. I personally prefer fruit punch not be super sweet. So this was a great taste.
Good focus and boost. Not quite the pop that the normal pre-workout delivers. But still a good energy substitute.
I got the fruit punch, I take one scoop and it's good enough to wake me up and get going. Nothing extreme like edge of insanity. Definitely a good idea to have this on hand when not using edge. Flavor is ok, I'll try the sour candy strips next when I finish this tub.
