What can I say about pump. Well if you want to be super charged in your workout and 2 scoops to edge of insanity and you will definitely see. I have increased my weights by 10lbs and increased my reps. Overall it also allows you to stay longer in the gym .mixes well with other products . I also add a scoop of creatine a great cocktail.

Best Pre Workout hands down 🙌🏾 nothing else worked for me 2-3 scoops. So first time I got the sample packets I used 2 at once 💀 let me tell you I was shaking like a crack head, I did my 1hr 30min legs workout and every last set felt like I was just starting. Another plus is I work third shift too so this shit kept me up for over 12hrs sharp like a hawk. Thank you for the free samples and a shaker bottle!
Surprised by the flavors being as enjoyable as they were. VERY EFFECTIVE stims, would tell someone who isn't used to them to half dose.
Pump works pretty well so far. Energy levels stay up throughout the workout. No “tingling”, but I can feel it kick in early on in my workout. I had to switch to this because of my HBP. EOI worked a bit too well 🙄. Overall, very good supplement that tastes great (Vein Nectar).
